International engineering fair 2019
International engineering fair 2019
The following exhibitions are an inherent part of the Nitra Engineering Fair: EUROWELDING – 25th International Exhibition of Welding Technology, CAST-EX – 25th International Exhibition of Casting and Metallurgy, EMA – 19th International Exhibition of Electrical Engineering, Measurement, Control and Automation and STAVMECH-LOGITECH – 12th International Exhibition of Construction and Handling Technology and TECHFÓRUM – 7th presentation of the outcomes of technical colleges and universities. Even this year the international exhibition ELO SYS will be held in parallel with the International Engineering Fair, showcasing the newest achievements in the area of electrical engineering, energy, electronics, lighting and telecommunications.
The accompanying expert program that maps the current issues and trends in the industry is also an integral part of the exhibition. This year’s topics include: “Innovation potential in the industry”, “New technologies and practices in the engineering sector” and “Development of dual education as one of the methods to find skilled workforce”, but also “Security and risks of Industry 4.0″, with a lecture showing a simulated hacker attack on a model system. The expert program will be complemented by the Electron conference focused on auditing, projects in electrical engineering and maintenance and installation of electrical equipment.
The Slovak Agency for Investment and Trade Development (SARIO) will hold a cooperative event and a panel discussion about the latest trends in engineering – The Slovak Cooperative Fair, which has been one of the most prestigious international B2B events for Slovak and foreign entrepreneurs in Slovakia for the past 13 years.
Traditionally, we will be awarding 7 exhibits and 1 exposition with the Fair Award. The Association for Mechanical Engineering will award the best engineering products made in Slovakia in 2018. The Strojárstvo/Strojírenství magazine will give its own award. During the exhibition, the awards for innovation “Innovative Deed of the Year 2018” will be awarded by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
