Those, who come to the Exhibition Centre in Nitra every year to pursue the traditions of our predecessors, will be pleased by our good quality and attractive programme of the Slovak Agricultural Museum: traditional hey harvest, tractor parade, traditional crafts´ fair and food market and other attractive expositions. An interesting competition – A fork throwing competition Vidlomet -cup– will be held again on large fields. We are preparing for you Farmers´ Days – the project focused on practical displays of various types of mechanization.

Animal lowers and children will be attracted by several news - Carrier-pigeons competition and a visit to the testing station of carrier-pigeons, competitions in pair-horse ploughing, waggoners´race „Harvest-home wreath“, displays of western horse-riding, farming animals show, displays of sheep grazing by a Border kolia, sales exhibition of young rabbits, turkeys and exotic birds, Apicultural Sunday with sweet tasting and instructive lectures. The National Horse-Breeding Farm Topoľčianky will be introduced for the first time showing their attractive programme – quadrille and the classical school in the version of legendary Lipican horses.

Beer lowers will be pleased by the Slovak Beer Days – degustations of beers from the best Slovak breweries. However, we have not forgotten younger generation – there is the project Discover Milk.
During four days the visitors will have an opportunity to visit rich musical programme. All buildings of the Open-air museum and the Slovak Agricultural Museum will be open for public. Visitors can test electricity-driven bikes, the Sport Shooting Range will also be in operation and we have prepared for you also displays of cynology dressurs, or the show of preparation of macrobiotic food...
