Provision of information
Guidelines
In order to comply with the requirements set forth in Act number 211/2000 Coll, Freedom of Information Act, on free access to information and Act no. 628/2005 Coll. to amend Act no. 211/2000 Coll, Agrokomplex – Výstavníctvo Nitra, štátny podnik, is obliged to provide access to information in the extent and scope set forth in the respective legislation. Pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph 2, it acts as a liable party since was established by the government.
Guidelines

Pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph 2, it acts as a liable party since was established by the government.

• Methods to request information, file an information request or query:
• From 8.00 AM – 12.00 PM in person, by phone or through e-mail
• The requester can request information:
• a) in writing (personal delivery, standard mail, fax, electronic mail)
• b) orally (in person or over the phone) from the person responsible
• c) via e-mail
• The request for information shall contain the following data necessary to process it:
• i. Name, surname (organization name), address, ZIP code, phone number, fax, e-mail address
• ii. Precisely verbalized description of the information requested or scope of the information requested by the requestor
• iii. Preferred form or manner of delivery of the requested information
• Information can be provided orally, by providing access to files or folders, by making photocopies, excerpts or copies of documents, via fax, standard mail or electronic mail.
